Dublin finished level with Meath on a scoreline of 1-11 to 0-14 while in the Leinster Senior Football Championship quarter-final replay between Louth and Wicklow, Louth won by 2-18 to 0-11.

At Gaelic Grounds, Cork overcame Tipperary in their Munster Senior Football Championship game with Cork winning 2-18 to 0-10.

In today's other Munster meeting, Kerry thrashed Waterford by 2-15 to 0-04 at Dungarvan.

In hurling, the clash between Antrim and Down at Casement Park ended with victory for Antrim with a scoreline of 2-24 to 0-04.

The Ulster Senior Football Championship clash between Antrim and Derry, which was to follow the hurling clash at Casement Park was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
