Dublin 2-12 Wicklow 0-8: Dublin progressed to the quarter-finals of the O'Byrne Cup Cup this evening, brushing aside Wicklow at Parnell Park.
With manager Paul Caffrey assessing his options ahead of the forthcoming league campaign, there was an unfamiliar look to the Dublin line up. Nevertheless, the home side still proved to be far superior than Mick O'Dwyer's side, particularly in the second-half when they pressed home their advantage.
A first half goal from Barry Kennedy helped ease Dublin into their stride while a second from Pat Burke put further daylight between the teams.
