Munster coach Tony McGahan has included Doug Howlett, Keith Earls, Jerry Flannery and Mick O’Driscoll in a 27-man squad fro Saturday’s Magners League semi-final clash against Leinster at the RDS.
O'Driscoll missed last weekend’s one-point defeat away to Cardiff with an ankle injury and his inclusion is a considerable boost to the province with skipper Paul O’Connell ruled out through a groin injury.
Earls and Flannery both played in the Heineken Cup semi-final in San Sebastian but Howlett has been out of action since the quarter-final win over Northampton Saints. Ian Dowling has failed in his bid to recover from injury in time to take his place in the squad.
