The Wicklow-based holistic centre, Chrysalis, will host an introduction to aromatherapy for family and friends on November 23rd. The cost is £45 and during the day students will learn about oil selection and basic massage strokes. Also available is an introductory course to African reflexology on November 30th (cost £45). Reflexology focuses on the feet to gain insights into one's health and general wellbeing.

If the prospect of Christmas and all its attendant panic and rushing around is getting you down, you could chill out on a nurture and nourishment day on December 12th. The aim of this day is to create personal time in which you can relax, rest and recharge. The cost is also £45.
