AN EXHIBITION, Architecture + Children, will run during the month of November in the Architecture Centre at 8 Merrion Square, Dublin. Hosted by the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland, the exhibition originates in the Netherlands and is aimed at children between the ages of six and 17 years. Architecture + Children offers an opportunity for students and teachers to explore architecture and town planning, using interactive elements such as drawings, collages, three-dimensional scale models, photographs and slides.
In conjunction with the exhibition, the RIAI will also be announcing the launch of the architecture in schools programme for Transition Year students.
