New life has been breathed into the poems of the great Latin writers - Virgil, Ovid and Catullus - in a new recording by teachers.. The collection of up to 50 Latin poems has been recorded on CD and tape cassette by the Classical Association of Ireland. The collection comprises the anthology, Carpe Viam, which is studied at Junior Cert level. The CD/ tape was launched last Friday in Newman House, on St Stephen's Green, Dublin.
