COMPUTING teachers may wish to encourage their students to participate in the national student fair on March 15th, organised by the Computer Education Society of Ireland. Student presentations may be about any aspect of information-technology-based activities which relate to educational matters.

The fair caters for all levels of schools - primary and post-primary - and all levels of ability.

Students can display their work to other students and teachers in a friendly and non-threatening environment. The tradition is that all participants will receive an acknowledgement of their work.

Once again, the CESI student fair will take place in Dublin City University, with the support of Professor Michael Ryan and the staff of the college. Application forms from Patricia Higgins, secretary, c/o St Joseph of Cluny Senior 00, Ballinclea Road, Killiney, Co Dublin (e-mail: cesi.iol.ie).
