A CELEBRATION of Irish Engineering should provide an opportunity for students interested in a career in engineering to meet members of the engineering community, ask questions and receive advice on the various options open to them.
The aim of this event is to show the contribution engineering has made to Ireland's development and to create a better understanding of the importance of engineering to future prosperity.
The exhibition, sponsored by the Institution of Engineers in Ireland and organised by Irish Services Ltd, will take place in the RDS, Dublin, from tomorrow to Friday. Opening hours are Wednesday to Friday 12 noon to 9 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost of admission for students is £2, and teachers are free. For information telephone (01) 288 8821.
