The Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Limerick will run a course with the theme "Who is the real you?" over the weekend of November 18th and 19th. The course leaders are Dave Cummings and Zoe Shenton of 6th Generation Trainers change catalysts. The course will look at techniques for uncovering your hidden values and beliefs and finding your true identity. A plan of action for personal change and development will also be devised.
