The late teacher, trade unionist and public representative, Michael Enright, who was killed in a road crash two years ago, is commemorated in a collection of essays, entitled Irish Education for the 21st Century. The book is edited by Noel Ward, a teacher at St Maelruan's Primary School in Tallaght, Dublin, and Triona Dooney, a member of the Higher Education Authority. The volume, they hope, looks at the challenges now facing our education system.
