What's the boldest thing you ever did in school?

Paul: I was thrown out of a singing class for screeching, but it was actually my voice breaking.

Sabrina: Talking too much

Who was your favourite teacher and why?

Paul: Mr Cowley in 2nd class. He spent most of the day playing the guitar.

Sabrina: Sister Rita who taught English. She was a gentle, inspiring teacher

Who was the object of your first crush?

Paul: Only girls have crushes. Sabrina: All of New Kids on the Block

What was your earliest career ambition?

Paul: Architecture, then journalism. Sabrina: I wanted to be a ballerina and a tennis player

Were you cool or nerdy at school? Paul: In between.

Sabrina: In between

Did you go to college?

Paul: Studied BA in journalism in DCU.

Sabrina: BA in English and Sociology/Politics, MA in Journalism at NUIG, MA in Film and Television Studies at DCU

Were your school days the best days of your life? Paul: I've had the five best years since I left. Sabrina: They were pretty special.
