A drama symposium this week hopes to attract primary and secondlevel teachers to Dublin Castle to discuss the status of youth theatre. The youth theatre symposium, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, will include discussion groups, workshops and addresses from guest speakers, including Cecily O'Neill, a well known drama-in-education expert; John McArdle, playwright and director; and Brian Brady, assocate director of the National Theatre. Admission will be free to two open sessions between 2.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
