PARK House National Training Centre in Stillorgan Co Dublin has been involved in vocational training in the areas of accommodation services, bakery practice, and catering and hospitality over the last 10 years.
Training at the college is provided by professional staff in typical working environments - while all programmes incorporate the practical development of skills allied with theory and backed up by work experience. In most cases, students are examined on a continuous assessment basis.
According to a spokesman for the college, a measure of its success has been reflected in:
