RTE runs a busy programme of educational television. Most of its output is aimed at schools, but there are also some programmes for adults. October 2nd sees the start of
Planet Ustinov, in which actor Peter Ustinov retraces the steps of Mark Twain's epic journey around the world in a three-part series. The programme is screened at 9 a.m. On November 6th at 9.30 a.m. artist Alwin Crawshaw visits East Anglia to sketch and paint the Constable countryside. This is a six-part series.
