London - Eight people have been arrested in connection with the killing of a British soldier, who died last month after being hit by a block of concrete soon after arriving in Macedonia.
Police said four of the suspects were minors under 18, but gave no further details, saying their findings would be kept confidential but shared with NATO.
Ian Collins (20), of 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers, was driving an armoured vehicle outside the capital, Skopje, when he was hit by the concrete thrown from an overpass. He died of massive head injuries.
