A HIGH Court dispute over protests at site works related to the €600 million electricity interconnector project between Ireland and Britain has been settled.
In September last year, An Bord Pleanála granted full planning permission for works at a site in north Co Dublin.
However, when subcontractors indicated they were going to start work, Eirgrid complained that cars were parked on the public roadways.
An injunction was granted last November to Eirgrid against Rush Community Council Ltd and five of its members restraining interference with the works.
