An electronics company, Motorola BV, was yesterday awarded a temporary injunction preventing a number of travellers trespassing on its lands at Swords, Co Dublin. In the High Court Ms Justice Laffoy also told Mr Dermot Flanagan, for Motorola, the company could serve notice on the travellers that the application would again come before the court tomorrow.
