Cricket: Yuvraj Singh continued his domination of the one-day series against England by delivering a match-winning display with bat and ball to seal another emphatic victory for India.

The talented left-hander claimed his second century in as many matches to power India to a commanding 292 for nine despite a shaky start when they slipped to 29 for three after deciding to bat first at Nehru Park.

But Yuvraj also claimed a superb four for 28 with his part-time off-spin to help secure a 54-run victory by dismissing England for 238 after they lost their last seven wickets for 55 runs in 10 overs.

Yuvraj, man of the match for the second successive game, claimed it had been a difficult wicket to score runs on.

"At 29 for three I thought I need to go spend some time at the wicket, assess what the wicket is like," he said. "I found it was not an easy wicket. I had to work hard for my runs.

"I was talking to Gautam about what score we needed. I just started getting established slowly, building on the partnership. Yusuf played like MS Dhoni in the end, so that got us to a good total."

Yuvraj has been working hard to cement his spot in the team after his recent omission from the Test side, and is reaping the benefits.

"I was training harder, there were a few things in my batting that I needed to control initially when I go into my innings," he said. "The harder I work the luckier I get, so that's what I've done."
