EU nations have reached an agreement on the final destinations of the 13 Palestinian militants exiled by Israel, two of which are to be brought to Ireland.
According to the Spanish Foreign Minister, Mr Josep Pique, a Spanish military aircraft will be in Cyprus tomorrow to collect the 13 Palestinians.
"According to the information I have, the plane will make a first stop in Athens, a second in Rome and a third in Madrid to deliver the Palestinians to Greece, to Italy, to Spain, then to Portugal, to Ireland and to Belgium."
One of the 13 will remain in Cyprus, said Mr Pique, whose country holds the rotating presidency of the European Union.
