Everton have confirmed they are in discussions with Celtic over Republic of Ireland midfielder Colin Healy.
Manager David Moyes is looking to strengthen his midfield following a spate of injuries and suspensions and has targeted 22-year-old Healy.
Healy's current Celtic contract expires in the summer and the player would be available for a nominal fee.
Everton chief executive Michael Dunford told the club's official website, "Preliminary talks between the two clubs have now taken place.
