The State has completed the book of evidence in the case of a Co Wicklow woman accused of murdering her husband last year. Additional evidence was served in Dublin District Court yesterday against Ms Catherine Nevin (46), who is accused of murdering her husband Tom on March 19th, 1996, at Jack White's Inn in Arklow.

The court heard that the State will also be taking depositions from at least five witnesses in the case on October 28th. Ms Nevin, who is also charged with soliciting three men to murder her husband on dates between 1989 and 1990, was remanded on continuing bail until October 28th.
