A Co Tyrone factory worker appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday on sex charges involving his daughter. The 29-year-old man from the Cookstown area, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faces two charges of rape and a charge of indecent assault. He was remanded in custody for a week.
