Racing:Kieren Fallon has chosen Seta over Music Show to end speculation on his ride in the StanJames.com 1000 Guineas at Newmarket.
The six-time champion jockey has plumped for the Luca Cumani-trained filly as he bids to land the fillies' Classic for a fifth time on Sunday week.
He faced a tough decision as he partnered the Mick Channon-trained Music Show to victory in the Nell Gwyn Stakes at headquarters last week.
Channon has acted swiftly by booking reigning champion Ryan Moore for the Jaber Abdullah-owned daughter of Noverre.
"Kieren had to make a decision and he told me that he was going to ride Seta," said the trainer. "Ryan Moore will ride Music Show. I'm happy to have any champion on my horse."
The trainer added: "He will find Music Show the most straightforward of fillies to ride.
"She'll only need one more bit of proper work next week and I imagine Ryan will come down to have a sit on the filly then."
Music Show is second favourite for the fillies' Classic at around 6-1, while Seta, who was third to Pollenator in the May Hill Stakes at Doncaster on the second of her two starts, was cut from 8-1 into 7s by Paddy Power.
The jockey news coincided with the latest acceptance stage, for which 30 fillies stood their ground.
Trainer Andrew Balding has left Pipette in the Guineas but warned the Pivotal filly will not run if the ground is too quick.
She could run instead in the Haveago@StanJames.com Pretty Polly Stakes at the same meeting.
"We have left Pipette in the 1000 Guineas but a lot will depend on the weather - she won't take her chance if the ground is too fast," said the Kingsclere handler.
"She also has the possibility of running in the Pretty Polly Stakes and we will make a call nearer the time.
"She is a bit of a mixed bag regarding her breeding - being by Pivotal and out of a Sadler's Wells mare - and she has always given the impression that she will get further than a mile in time.
"I was very pleased with her win at Kempton and there is no question that she is a nice filly."
Ante-post favourite Special Duty remains in the field with another French-trained hopeful Joanna.
The latter had Criquette Head-Maarek's charge back in third in the Prix Imprudence at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month.
There are eight Irish-trained possibles, including four from the Aidan O'Brien stable.
