Kieren Fallon will decide on his Vodafone Derby mount after Aidan O'Brien's big-race hopes complete their preparations early next week.
O'Brien currently has seven entries in the blue riband with Oratorio and Gypsy King the shortest in the betting at top-priced 7-1 and 8-1 respectively.
The former finished fourth in the 2000 Guineas before taking the runner-up slot behind Dubawi in the Irish version at the Curragh last Saturday.
Gypsy King impressed many pundits when he came from last to first to win the Dee Stakes at Chester after running very green early on.
"Oratorio ran a good race at Newmarket and then was a running-on second to Dubawi at the Curragh and he seems to be going the right way," Fallon said.
"Gypsy King is a horse I like and he's improved since Chester."
