A provisional trial date of July 9th has been fixed for the case of a Leitrim father who denies sexually abusing his three children.
The hearing date was fixed by the Central Criminal Court for the 36-year- old man who faces a total of eight charges.
He is denying charges of raping and having unlawful carnal knowledge of one of his daughters and other charges of sexually assaulting her, her sister and her brother during the period 1992-1993.
The alleged victims were all under 15 at the time.
