Fathers are good for you

ANOTHER anthology to hit the bookshelves in time for Christmas is Fathers, An Anthology by Louise Guinness

ANOTHER anthology to hit the bookshelves in time for Christmas is Fathers, An Anthology by Louise Guinness. Living in Ireland her surname would have instant recognition, but in England? "People usually ask me if I'm a real Guinness and I never quite know what to say because I married into the family."

The ex Mount Anville girl is the daughter of Image publisher Anne Rehill and the late Paddy Dillon Malone, to whom the book is dedicated. The Guinness she married is Erskine, one of Lord Moyne's 11 children.

She paid a flying visit this week from her Wiltshire home to do some publicity for the book but unusually there will be no party.

"I threw a small party in Knightsbridge for my friends and family and lots of people including Penny and Desmond Guinness and my brother Patrick Dillon Malone came over for it so I thought I'd leave it at that."
