London - A bodyguard who claimed Mr Mohamed al-Fayed had blamed him for the crash in which the Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed died, yesterday reached an agreed, undisclosed settlement with his former employer.
Giving evidence to the tribunal in Woburn Place, Central London, Mr Wingfield said he resigned as a bodyguard after refusing to take part in a documentary about Diana and Dodi's deaths in a car crash in Paris last year.
The 32-year-old former Royal Marine said Mr alFayed introduced him to the documentary maker as the man responsible for the events in Paris.
