Today in Kinsale, where the organisation is holding its annual conference, a new policy document, Stop the Rip-off - Stop the Slaughter, will be launched.
The document will recommend that the Government request the Competition Authority to launch an investigation into the Irish motor insurance industry and that the insurance ombudsman's position should become a full-time statutory one.
