DANCE idol Michael Flatley last night pulled out of a performance of new show Lord of the Dance in the London Coliseum after a leg injury flared up again.
His sudden decision to with draw from the performance incensed fans who had travelled from as far afield as Leeds.
Co-producer Harvey Goldsmith said. "We're not happy about the situation but if somebody's ill they have to be made better. Physiotherapists worked for four and a half hours and they felt that in the interests of the show, there wasn't much point in him going on."
The Irish American's withdrawal comes nearly two weeks after he collapsed on stage when he tore a calf muscle during a preview in Manchester.
