More than 40 people were evacuated from an apartment block in Dublin's North inner-city overnight as three units of the Dublin fire brigade battled for more than an hour to get a fire under control.
The fire, at an apartment block on Doyle's Corner on the North Circular Road, in Phibsoborough broke out shortly after 4.00 a.m.
Three units of the Dublin fire brigade were called to the scene and fought the blaze for 90 minutes.
No-one was injured.
