Flights to and from France will be severely disrupted tomorrow because of striking workers' protests at government plans to reform state pensions.
Ryanair has cancelled all of its flights to France and will refund intending passengers.
Aer Lingus will operate one flight to and one flight from the French capital. Flight EI524 leaving Dublin at 11.45 a.m. and Flight EI 525 leaving Paris at 3.15 p.m. will operate as normal.
Worried the pensions shake-up will result in higher contributions and reduced entitlements, unions have also won support for strikes from teachers and energy workers as they seek to limit any increase in contributions by their members.
A strike by the largest air traffic controllers' union will lead to the cancellation of up to 80 per cent of national and international flights, according to the French Civil Aviation Authority.
