NFL team news: Paul Flynn comes into the Dublin team for Sunday's NFL Division One trip to Galway with Ross McConnell making way. Flynn got the nod from manager Pat Gilroy to partner Ciaran Whelan in the Dublin midfield.

Gilroy has made just one change of personnel from the side beaten by Tyrone a fortnight ago and also tinkered with his half forward line, switching Tiernan Diamond and David Henry for the match at Pearse Stadium.

Alan Brogan, Collie Moran and Tomas Quinn were among a number of high-profile players yet to be considered as they continue to recover from injuries while the Kilmacud contingent remain unavailable due to club commitments.

And with no captain selected as of yet for the season ahead, Conal Keaney will assume the leadership role this weekend.
