Chicago - Larry Flynt, the wheelchair-bound publisher of the magazine, Hustler, recently indicted on obscenity pandering charges, turned himself in to prosecutors in Cincinnati, Ohio, yesterday, his brother said.
Early this month, the Flynt brothers were charged by a grand jury with nine counts of pandering obscenity, three counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, two counts of conspiracy to engage in a pattern of corrupt activity and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
