Team news: Munster coach Declan Kidney has reshaped his team ahead of tomorrow's Magners League game against the Ospreys at Liberty Stadium
Anthony Foley, Anthony Horgan, Federico Pucciariello, and Mossy Lawlor all return from injury to start while James Coughlan is among the substitutes.
Foley returns having limped out of the Heineken Cup pool game against Leicester in January while Horgan's last start was in the Magners League game against The Dragons at the start of that month.
Coughlan was injure against Borders seven weeks ago, in the game that saw Lawlor's last involvement with the squad while Pucciariello picked up a groin injury against Cardiff Blues at the start of March.
Brian Carney makes his second start following his try-scoring debut against Ulster.
Ospreys lie in third in the table eight so Munster's reurn to Wales a week after exiting the Heineken Cup will be a difficult assignment, a fact not lost on Kidney.
"Of course it's been a tough week," he said. "Always is when you go out of a competition. But what we have to do now is lift ourselves for the next challenge.
"This is when we find out about ourselves. We have to park that (Heineken Cup defeat) now. There will an opportunity to revisit it and see what we need to correct.
"We cant do anything in the short term now about what happened last weekend but we do have control over what happens on Saturday and thats what we must focus on".
Connacht make four changes for their clash with Cardiff Blues at the Sportsground tomorrow.
Captain Mark McHugh and John Hearty team up in the centre, replacing Gavin Williams and Daniel Riordan.
Stephen Knoop has recovered from his hamstring injury to start in place of Ray Hogan, who takes the place of Brett Sturgess on the bench while Michael Swift partners Andrew Farley in the second row.
Swift starts in place of David Gannon who picked up a calf injury in training.

• The Magners League fixture between Cardiff Blues and Ulster has been brought forward from its original date of May 5th. The game will now be played on Friday, April 20th, kicking-off at 7.10pm at the Arms Park.
• Munster have delayed the kick-off time of their fixture against Newport Gwent Dragons at Musgrave Park on Saturday April 28th by two hours. The game now starts at 5pm.
