GAA:The GAA today confirmed the Allianz Football League Division 1 and 2 finals will take place in a double-header at Croke Park on Sunday, April 26th as scheduled, one week before the Association opens its doors once more for the rugby Heineken Cup semi-final between Leinster and Munster.

Kerry and Derry will contest the Division 1 final with throw-in at 4pm, while the Division 2 final between Cork and Monaghan will serve as the curtain-raiser at 2pm.

The Division 3 and 4 finals will be played at Pearse Park in Longford the day before (25th). Down will take on Tipperary in the Division 3 showdown at 6.30pm, with Antrim and Sligo to contest the Division 4 final at 4.30pm.

The Division 1 hurling final between Kilkenny and Tipperary will take place at Semple Stadium on Sunday, May 3rd at 4.00pm. Teams and venue for the Division 2 final have yet to be decided.

The Under-21 football final originally scheduled for May 2nd has been moved to the Bank Holiday Monday (May 4th) to accommodate and avoid clashing with the Heineken Cup semi-final.
