Seamus O'Hanlon of Louth and Donal Curtis of Meath have both been handed 12-week suspensions by the GAA's Games Administration Committee this afternoon.

Both players were red carded in their respective matches on June 1st against Dublin and Westmeath.

Kilkenny have been dealt yet another blow ahead of their Leinster final against Wexford on July 6th. Defender Richie Mullally suffered a broken ankle while playing for his club O'Loughlin/Gaels on Sunday.

The Cats have already lost Charlie Carter and Brian McEvoy to inter-county retirement.
