Galway 2-15 Kilkenny 1-13
Galway are through to the All-Ireland final after a deserving four point victory over reigning champions Kilkenny at Croke Park this afternoon.
Galway full forward Eugene Cloonan was the star for the Tribesmen returning a magnificent two goals and nine points. Only one of the nine points was from play.
Kilkenny scored a late goal through a DJ Carey free but that still left Brian Cody’s men trailing by four points.
