Hurling and Football draws: Galway and Kilkenny will renew rivalries in the All-Ireland hurling quarter-finals after the draw for the last eight was made this evening.
The Tribesmen dumped Brian Cody's side out of the championship in a thrilling semi-final last season and Kilkenny will be bent on gaining revenge this time around.
All-Ireland champions Cork will be confident of overcoming Limerick while fellow Munster rivals Waterford will face Tipperary, who ended their provincial campaign last month. The final tie sees beaten Leinster finalist Wexford take on Clare.
Meanwhile, Meath will face Laois in what looks to be the pick of the round in the football qualifiers.
