Turkish workers employed by Gama Construction Ireland Ltd staged a "symbolic" protest outside the High Court today.
The company was today seeking an extension of the interim injunction granted to prevent the release of a draft report on the Labour Inspectorate's investigation into allegations of exploitation of workers. The case was adjourned.
A protest will also take place outside Leinster House tomorrow, and Socialist Party TD Joe Higgins, who made the allegations in the Dáil, and Labour leader Pat Rabbitte will raise the issue with the Taoiseach in the Dáil.
Three of the four Gama workers who went to Amsterdam to Finanzbank, where the company had set up accounts for workers, have received the money they were due.
One worker got €23,000, another €12,000 and a third €4,500.
