Gardaí in Kilkenny have named the woman killed in a car crash in the county this morning.
Seona Tait, 34, from Murrayfield, Edinburgh, Scotland died when the car she was travelling in was involved in a collision with an articulated lorry on the N10 at Flagmount, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny at 9.20 this morning.
Ms Tait was the single occupant of the car. Both drivers were taken to St. Luke's hospital in Kilkenny and gardaí have appealed for any witnesses to contact them at the Garda station in Kilkenny.
