Gardaí in Dublin this afternoon appealed for information from the public into the killing of drug dealer Seamus "Shavo" Hogan.
Hogan was killed at the Transport Club in Crumlin on Saturday night when two masked men fired six shots at him in the grounds of the club.

He was facing charges in connection with the seizure of £500,000 worth of cannabis resin and was also being investigated by the Criminal Assets Bureau and the National Drugs Unit.
Chief Supt Noel Smith, leading the investigation from Crumlin Garda station, told ireland.comtoday the investigating team were having difficulty contacting eye witnesses from the scene.
"We have a lot of work to do in relation to the patrons of the place", he said.
Chief Supt Smith asked that anyone who may have been at the Transport Club last Saturday contact gardaí at Crumlin station.
Today gardaí began house-to-house inquiries in the immediate area surrounding the Crumlin club, focussing mainly on routes off the Clogher Road on Dublin’s southside.
Investigating gardaí are expected to meet this evening at Crumlin Garda station to assess the inquiry to date.
A post-mortem has found that Hogan (47) died from two gunshot wounds.
