Gardaí are investigating a robbery at the Ulster Bank in Edgeworthstown, Co Longford.
Staff entering the bank shortly after 9.00am were confronted by a man wearing a balaclava and carrying an imitation handgun.
The raider made off with an undisclosed sum of money.
