A fire at the former John Barleycorn Hotel in Glanmire is being investigated by gardaí.
The hotel was destroyed in the fire, which started at 3pm yesterday. No one was injured.
Reports suggest that this is the second fire at the site in recent days, although the Garda could not immediately confirm this.
