Gardaí are seeking the public's help in relation to a number of assaults which occurred in Dublin city centre last Sunday.
Two males and a female were assaulted on Eustace Street at approximately 3.30am, with one of the men receiving serious injuries. A short time later another man was assaulted on nearby Curved Street, also sustaining serious injuries.
Investigating officers believe that a fifth male may also have been assaulted on the same street and are appealing to him to contact the gardaí.
Gardaí say they believe up to four men were involved in the incident. All four are thought to be in their late teens to early 20s. One of these men was wearing a red jacket, while a second was described as wearing a waistcoat-type top over a white t-shirt.
Anyone who was in the area between 3am and 4am on Sunday morning last or who may have information is asked to contact the gardaí at Pearse Street station at 01-6669000.
