Gardai are investigating an aggravated burglary in Drogheda last night during whichtwo shotguns were stolen.
Three or four masked men forced their way into a house in the Ballymakenny area, a few miles north of Drogheda and ransacked the house, tying up a male occupant.
They left the scene after approximately one hour and took two shotguns, a small quantity of ammunition and a quantity of cash.
Gardaí say they spoke with Northern Accents.
