Gardaí in Cork have renewed their appeal to the public for help in tracing the whereabouts of two people who have been missing for the last 10 days.

Joseph Mullally (20) has not been seen since he left a pub on Oliver Plunkett Street in Cork city at approx 1.30am on 15th December 2006.

When last seen he was wearing brown suede trainers, dark blue jeans a beige cord jacket with a lambswool neck and a dark blue t-shirt.

Joseph is described as being 6'1" of medium slim build with mouse blonde gelled hair. He has two piercings, a stud and bar over his left eyebrow and a hoop in his left ear.

Meanwhile, Gardaí in Mayfield are searching for Breda Morrissey (48) from Lotamore Drive, Mayfield, Cork who has been missing from her home since Thursday evening 14th December.

She is described as being 5'11", of slim build, with blue eyes and short brown/blond hair. She is also missing some front teeth.

Gardaí believe she spent a few days in a hostel in London before returning to Dublin to Dublin by bus to Busaras on Wednesday 20th December.

According to a garda spokesman she may be in a hostel or B&B in Dublin city.
