Gardai in Abbeyleix are appealing for help in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Amy Lawlor from Mooreville, Rathdowney in Co Laois.
Amy was last seen in Rathdowney on Thursday October 9th.
She is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, of slight build and has long black hair.
When last seen she was wearing her school uniform consisting of a grey shirt and green jumper with a red rim around the neck and a red school logo bearing the letters SFC on the front. She was also wearing black trousers and black boots.
She may also have other clothes with her including jeans.
