Gardaí are trying to identify the body of man found in a west Dublin park last night.
The man, believed to be in his 30s was found in Millennium Park, Clonsilla, at 7.15 yesterday. The cause of death is unclear, but a Garda spokesman said it was not believed to be suspicious.
The man is described as being about five foot, eight inches high; of stocky build; with short brown hair and a sallow complexion.
He has a scar on his lower left back, a tattoo of a heart near his left hand and a square design tattoo with a line running left to right on his left ring finger.
He was wearing a black zip-up bomber jacket with orange lining, red fleece pullover, red tee-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms with two green stripes on the side and black runners.
The man was also wearing an "Aqua" digital watch with blue numerals on a beige face and a black and gold wrist band. A packet of St Georges cigarettes with foreign writing was also found on the victim.
His body has been taken to the City Morgue.
