A teenaged girl was killed in a road accident in Co Limerick overnight.
The girl (15) was a passenger in a car that lost control at a bend and hit a tree near Ballingarry at about 2.30 a.m.
Six other people were injured in the accident but were later released from Limerick Regional Hospital.
