Racing: Officials at Gowran Park will inspect the track in the morning ahead of tomorrow's card. The course came through a 9am inspection today but a further inspection at 7am is required.
Conditions are currently described as heavy and more rain is forecast both later today and tomorrow.
Cliff Noone of the Turf Club said: "They inspected the course this morning and they have passed it fit for racing but there is a serious weather forecast for later today and tonight.
"Because of that they have decided to hold a further course inspection at 7am tomorrow.
"It is currently raceable, although the ground is heavy, but they are mighty concerned as there is apparently a lot of rain up the east coast.
"They can't take a whole lot more but they're giving it a chance and will obviously make a final decision at 7am tomorrow."
